You can set LDAP authentication on IIS. For doing this process you need to get some information from LDAP admins.
- Username and password to replace “wasadmin” user ( no-expire )
- LDAP system user
- LDAP Hostname and IP
- Network access IDAP IP and Port
- Bind distinguished name
- Bind password
- Federated repository properties
- Unique distinguished name
Also we need a mapping for LDAP User Attributes and Information Server Attributes like below. This way we can see Names , Surnames , Departments , Phones and other valuable information
Note :Left part LDAP , Right part IIS
Never forget get a backup before doing this configuration.
